The Strypes @ Studio Coast, Tokyo 12-Nov-2015

Young rockers The Strypes from Ireland played a sold-out show in front of 2,400 fans at Studio Coast in Tokyo, Japan on Thursday 12 November 2015. The energetic concert was in support of their second studio album Little Victories, which reached number one in their Irish homeland, as well as their Live in Tokyo 2015 album just released. Comprised of Ross Farrelly on lead vocals and harmonica, Josh McClorey on lead guitar, Peter O'Hanlon on bass, and Evan Walsh on drums, the band’s “speed blues” style is influenced by ‘60s blues boom and garage, ‘70s English pub rock bands, as well as the original bluesmen and rock ‘n’ roll artists of the ‘50s.
