Peter Criss of Kiss in-store @ Barnes & Noble, NYC 23-Oct-2012
Founding drummer of rock icons Kiss, Peter Criss aka The Catman, made an in-store appearance at Barnes & Noble Fifth Ave in Manhattan on 23 October 2012. On the release day of his autobiography Makeup to Breakup: My Life In and Out of Kiss, the 66-year-old drummer signed copies of his book for a line of fans that snaked through the building and out around the street corner. Peter teamed up with author Larry Sloman to write the book that traces Peter's life from the streets of New York City, through the sex drugs and rock'n'roll, to his hard-won battle with breast cancer. The song Beth, which Peter composed and sang, remains the band's all-time biggest hit. The autobiography is published by Simon & Schuster.
