James Reyne @ Mornington Racecourse, Melbourne 18-Jan-2020
Australian singer-songwriter James Reyne performed at the Red Hot Summer Tour concert held at Mornington Racecourse on Saturday 18 January 2020, in front of a sold-out crowd of 6,000 people. He made a name for himself as lead singer of Australian Crawl between 1978 and 1986, who sold more than a million albums in Australia during the '80s. Following the end of the band, Reyne went on to forge a successful solo career, releasing 11 solo studio albums to date, along with numerous compilation and live albums. In the Australia Day Honours of 2014, Reyne was recognised with a Medal of the Order of Australia for his service to the performing arts as a singer-songwriter, and through support for a range of charitable organisations. Joining James Reyne was his band comprising guitarists Brett Kingman and Josh Owen, bass player Andy McIvor, and drummer John Weston.
